Travel from Oslo City:
Train
Train to Lillehammer from Oslo Central Station. You will then need to take a taxi to the hotel (15 minutes) or use the local bus (Opplandstrafikk (242)). For travel planning and tickets, see the NSB web page: www.nsb.no. In addition the following two time tables may be useful: Oslo-Trondheim and Skien-Lillehammer. A few trains stop at nearby Hunderfossen (3 km from Hafjell) but taxis may be a problem.

Bus
Three daily departures (only two on Sa and Su) from Oslo Bussterminal to Øyer Quality Hotel Hafjell. These buses stop directly outside the hotel. The Oslo Bussterminal (Galleriet) is located in the neighbourhood of Oslo Central Station. For information and tickets: Nor-Way Bussekspress. The schedule is:

Departure: 13.45 Arrival: 17.04 (Airport OSL 14.30) (Route 148) not Saturday/Sunday.
Departure: 15.30 Arrival 18.30 (Airport OSL 16.15) (Route 147).

In addition, there is a fourth bus that does not stop at the hotel, only in Lillehammer.
